   Currently, I lead a diverse team of contracting officers and specialists and team lead professionals in the management of a $1B+ portfolio for the GSA’s Administrator and their Heads of Services and Staff Offices. Spearhead special project team restructuring the Office of Internal Acquisition (OIA). Leverage effective communication to build strong internal and external stakeholder relationships. Lead employee change management tiger team focused on developing a team environment in OIA. Briefed the Deputy Administrator (second highest official in GSA) to receive approval of restructure and increased Full-Time Equivalent increase to balance workload, increase customer engagement, and build a high performing culture. Hired new diverse and talented personnel to enhance department growth and portfolio support.
