Senior Principal Data Center Services overseeing mission-critical infrastructure design engineering, focused on hyperscale infrastructure delivery, ranging from 50 mW to 1.4GW campuses. Data Center builds greenfield and brownfield expansions, retrofits, and upgrades programs, as well as provides construction management for tier 1–tier IV facilities. Produce BRD supporting P&L, forecasting, budgeting, TCO, EVS, and GPE analysis, change control, and risk management assessments. Produce client requirement RFQs and RFPs for A&E and General Contractors for site selection, critical systems evaluation, and acquisitions. Review bid submittals, architectural plans, infrastructure specifications, and scope of work packages while conducting contract negotiations. Perform enterprise and collocation site and environmental surveys; site selections; critical support systems; utility large load interconnect coordination; high voltage sub-station builds; and service contract negotiations. Conduct critical infrastructure discovery, assessment, planning, and execution profiles. Validating technical architecture and designs. Direct Cloud solutioning requirements, design, implementation, and deployment of IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS. Direct server architecture and network designs, network validation, and disaster recovery planning. Conduct infrastructure architect and network assessment, core and access design, engineering, implementation, and deployment. Coordinate project team members’ development of comprehensive project plans, scope planning, task scheduling, and cost analysis. Conduct project status meetings.
