Our approach extends beyond sales, as we prioritize customer engagement both within and beyond our shop walls, aiming to set an example of positive business practices in our town.At the University of North Carolina Wilmington, my leadership in alternative transportation management furthered the integration of sustainable practices on campus, including overseeing the campus Bird Program and Hawk Wheels Bicycle Support. This role complemented my mission at Bike Cycles, amplifying my impact on promoting eco-friendly transportation solutions.
