I started Further Digital because the agency model stopped making sense to me. After 17 years in the industry - five working inside agencies, twelve running one - I kept watching the same thing happen. Clients paying for overheads that had nothing to do with the quality of the work. Account managers, office costs, layers of process; all of it sitting between the client and the person actually building their site. So I stripped it back. Further Digital is a focused studio built around one idea: less overheads, better work. I work directly with every client, from the first conversation to launch day and beyond. No handoffs, no juniors, no disappearing act when the invoice clears. I build websites on WordPress and Shopify, properly planned, professionally built, and supported after launch. I also offer graphic design and digital support for businesses that need their brand to look as good off the website as it does on it.
