Collaborate with the Marketing Operations Manager to manage and optimize the martech stack, including evaluating and integrating new tools to improve efficiency and performance- Provide training and ongoing support to team members on systems, tools, and marketing operations best practices to ensure consistent execution across functions- Lead the end-to-end strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of marketing campaign operations to drive engagement and meet performance targets- Enhance audience segmentation in partnership with email and campaign managers to enable timely, personalized messaging that increases conversion rates- Partner cross-functionally with Sales Operations and Marketing Operations teams to streamline the marketing-to-sales lead handoff process, including refining lead scoring, data ingestion, routing, and source attribution- Monitor marketing communications to identify misalignments and uncover new opportunities for improving messaging effectiveness and customer engagement- Align with the go-to-market (GTM) team on campaign strategies, resolve operational bottlenecks, and improve cross-functional processes- Advise on best practices for marketing systems, workflow automation, and technology utilization to support scalable marketing operations- Create and maintain internal documentation to ensure consistency and support onboarding related to marketing processes and programs- Enforce database hygiene best practices by performing regular audits and cleanup activities, improving segmentation, personalization, and overall campaign accuracy- Analyze marketing performance data to extract insights and recommend optimizations that improve campaign ROI and operational effectiveness.
