Operations Manager | New Jersey Copa FCPrimary Responsibilities:1. Team & Matchday OperationsOversee all logistics for USL Academy, USL W, and USL 2 teams.Manage execution of home and away games: field setup, staff coordination, credentialing, locker room setup, referees, and league protocols.Liaise with league officials and opponents to ensure compliance with USL matchday standards.2. Internship Program ManagementRecruit, train, and manage a team of summer and seasonal interns across operations, media, and performance roles.Delegate responsibilities for matchday support, social content, video capture, and logistics assistance.Provide mentorship and performance feedback, ensuring interns are integrated into day-to-day club operations.3. Logistics & InventoryOversee ordering, inventory, and distribution of team equipment, uniforms, and gear.Manage setup and transport logistics for both home and travel events, including equipment and staffing needs.4. Support Staff CoordinationManage ball runners, medical staff, and volunteers for matchday execution.Conduct pre-match briefings and ensure all personnel understand their roles and responsibilities.
