At Oldendorff Carriers, I design and deliver learning programs that grow leadership skills and support professional development across our international workforce. I collaborate with managers to pinpoint needs, align training with company strategy, and design experiences that drive both individual and business success. This role gives me the chance to blend deep instructional design knowledge with new ways of leveraging AI, making it both demanding and fulfilling.

ABOUT ÜMRAN YAZICILAR NALBANTOĞLU
At the heart of my work is a belief that learning should build true capability and confidence. I have seen too many programs that seem clever but fail to prepare people for the decisions they face. Whether they are leaders steering change or teachers balancing diverse demands, I want learning to feel practical and real. As an L&D manager, I design programs that are anchored in strong instructional principles and also make room for curiosity and innovation. I use digital strategies and AI tools because they help us reach people more effectively, not just because they are new and shiny. My research keeps me exploring these questions: how can AI deepen professional learning? What actually helps teachers grow? How do different systems shape what is possible in education? Across both business and academia, I care about learning that equips people to handle complex challenges. I welcome partnerships with others who share that commitment.
