ABOUT UMME KULSOOM NAICH
I’m a Product Manager with a track record of taking digital products from zero to measurable traction, across B2B SaaS, consumer apps, and digital health. At Essity, I owned a 0-to-1 digital health venture end-to-end: secured €250K in seed funding, scaled to users in six months, and cut CAC in half (€12 → €6) while improving four-week retention to 45%. That required full-stack product ownership: from strategy and user research through to growth experimentation and stakeholder alignment across a global organisation operating at startup speed.Beyond the product, I led startup scouting and partnership development for Essity Ventures: managing the full application pipeline across 500+ startups, assessing strategic fit, and connecting shortlisted founders with internal stakeholders to unlock collaboration opportunities. My background spans both sides of the product-strategy divide. Before moving into product, I advised PE/VC and corporate clients on commercial due diligence and market entry, which means I frame product decisions in terms of business outcomes, not just user stories. I know how to build a business case, read a market, and align senior stakeholders around a roadmap. What I bring to a senior PM role:→ End-to-end ownership across discovery, delivery, and growth, not just feature execution→ Commercial rigour: connecting product investments to revenue, retention, and market position→ Cross-functional leadership across engineering, design, legal, medical, and marketing→ Data fluency across GA4, Amplitude, Mixpanel, and Hotjar, with a bias toward acting on findings, not just reporting them→ Experience navigating both startup speed and corporate complexity→ I’m also building fluency at the AI layer, using LLM tooling and no-code builders as a genuine speed multiplier in research, prototyping, and decision-making.If you’re building something that needs to work, not just ship, let’s talk.
