I am engaged as Lab manager at Global lab, Kolkata.Testing of samples under a controlled laboratory:Chemical Testing’s: Construction Water, Construction Admixture, Hydraulic Cement Harden Concrete, Aggregate (Coarse & Fine), Pulverized Fuel Ash, Micro silica, Gypsum, GGBS (Ground Granulated Blastfurnace Slag), Reinforcement Steel Bar, Structural Steel & Pre-stressed Wire Strand.Mechanical Testing’s: Concrete Cube, Soil, Aggregate, Bricks, Hydraulic Cement, Sand, and Reinforcement Steel Bar.Test Record Keeping:• Preparation of test reports as per relevant codes in required formats.• Furnishing test reports and filling copies of reports as required in a professional andapproved manner.•The preparing and submitting periodic reports of tests carried out with test results.• Keeping all laboratory equipment’s, accessories, proper safe and secure conditions.Maintaining stock of consumables as required at site and their proper storage.• Disposal of tested/used samples are proper storage for future reference.• Safe handling and carriage of laboratory equipment’s, accessories when taken to site andback.• Regular calibration of laboratory equipment’s accessories.• Any other work assigned to me from time to time.And also prepare non distractive reportslikes: Ultra Sonic plus velocity, halfcell potential, rebound hammer, carbonation, rebar mapping, creck depth measurement, etc.
