Management skill set-People Management (including managing managers), Product Vision, strategy and roadmap, Building self-organizing scrum teams, Managing as a Coach, Crucial Conversation. My mission: —1.) To work efficiently and effectively in a prestigious organization to achieve self-realization and accomplishment of organizational goals. 2.)
