Responsible for preparing Business Information Stakeholder Management Plan that included identifying people and/or groups that could impact or be impacted by the project as well as analyse stakeholder expectations and their impact on the project, and to develop appropriate management strategies for effectively engaging stakeholders in project decisions and execution. • Develop and foster relationships with business users, IS teams, senior managers, influencers, opinion makers, peers, team members and continuously improve these relationships. • Responsible for prioritisation of business deliverables for Business Information and Group Data and Insights team. • Effective management of incidents by assessing their priorities within the business and providing solutions. • Liaison with the business users to understand their reporting/MIS requirements through meetings, reporting workshops and one on one interactions as well as find the best possible solution to meet their expectations through a clearly defined, well communicated and time-bound delivery plan. • Prepare functional specifications, obtain business approval, and submit to the development team for initiating technical design and development. • Act as a channel between the backend data warehousing technical team and Data and Insights team to help understand business requirements and arrive at a scalable, technically competent, and integrated technical solution. • Provide guidance to the users on reporting strategy using Business Information and data toolsets. • Effectively communicate with users across all levels over different aspects of work carried out for the business. • Recommending and implementing best practices in BI solutions to derive optimal performance and best experience for users. • Promote BI strategy of creating ‘self-sufficient’ business users in the reporting area.
