Can handle small/medium scale projects independently • Co-ordination with various stakeholders like Consultant, Client,3rd party vendors and others • Evaluating design inputs like P & IDs, I/O database, C&E, Logic Diagrams and control narratives. • Knowledge of system architecture of distributed control systems including safety system • Experience of Quality management system and preparing various checklist for inspection. • Experience of conducting FAT, Integration FAT and SAT with client and EPC. • Exposure to Control system design, detail engineering, software development & documentation • Hands-on experience of Honeywell Experion PKS Software and hardware configuration and testing • Installation & Commissioning of Honeywell Experion PKS system, servers, and cabinets • Configuration, Testing, and commissioning of various 3rd party system interfaces with Honeywell Experion PKS System having Modbus and OPC protocols • Experience of DCS system maintenance in large Process plants. • Experience of Process domains like Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, polymers, fertilizer plants • Knowledge of industrial communication protocols like HART, Foundation Fieldbus, IEC61850. • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Microsoft Visio, etc.
