Over 19 years across avionics, automotive, and industrial systems, I\'ve built and led engineering teams that deliver safety-critical, high-reliability products where failure is not an option. My work sits at the intersection of deep technical execution and organizational leadership — scaling teams, modernizing engineering culture, and connecting technology decisions to business outcomes.I\'ve led multi-disciplinary teams spanning hardware, software, systems, cloud, and product across some of the most compliance-intensive domains in engineering — DO-178C certified avionics platforms, ISO 26262 automotive systems, and consumer IoT products at scale.
