1) I play a key and accountable role in overseeing the quality and production processes of stainless steel finished products in both the steel melting shop and the wire rod mill. 2) My multifaceted responsibilities encompass various stages, including Row material testing & inspection, billet inspection, rolling mill process control, mechanical and physical testing of wire rods, final inspection, IMS system documentation, and quality document management. 3) This entails managing the metallurgical laboratory setup, conducting physical testing, and ensuring compliance with standards such as IS-6527, ISO-9001, ISO-14001, and ISO-45001.The management has entrusted specific responsibilities to our team, focusing on:Quality Assurance:To ensure the overall quality of stainless-steel wire rods and implement measures to improve the same. Conducting regular audits and evaluations to identify areas of improvement.Remittance Management:To coordinate the dispatch of stainless-steel wire rods according to customers\' requirements.We ensure that the products shipped meet the quality standards and are properly documented.Annealing and Pickling:To supervise the production and quality control of Annealed and Pickled Stainless-Steel Wire Rod.Applying processes to enhance the properties of wire rods during annealing.
