Joined as a Senior business analyst to launch Vision flex product for the major card bank at Taiwan. Led conversations with senior stakeholders in the initial phase of the project. Played key role to define an operational resilience strategy, identify important services, agree impact tolerances and to deliver a gap assessment and high-level remediation plan. Role scope includes as-is/to-be analysis, detailed requirement gathering, process design, risk analysis, cross functional collaboration, building consensus, workshops delivery and support framework development. • Interacted with clients’ Business and IT teams to gather define, clarify and refine requirements. • Data analysis, logic formation and requirements gathering done and documented in Confluence. • Prepare various documents including BRD’s, RTM, Parameter scope etc. • Engaged and worked with three aligned teams (existing AS-is product IT team, Migration development team & Client business team) to more effectively achieve data mappings from as-is and new platform system. • Support an Agile Software Development process, working in conjunction with end users / stakeholders and technical delivery team • Collecting and collating program feedback and conducted value added analysis for enhancing program effectiveness. • Collaborating with Offshore and Onsite team members to fulfil the BA responsibilities from project initiation to post implementation by steering meeting with clients and key stakeholders to gather requirements, finalize and receive signoffs. • Active involvement in introducing a new automation process to validate the data on conversion day which helped to increase the confidence level of business IT team
