I am responsible for delivering value-add services to customers while achieving high levels of customer satisfaction.Some of my key areas of focus includes - Planning and delivery of end-to-end Binary Stream solution- Configuration and system checks - Documentation on business processes, User Stories, and Requirements solutioning- Conduct Requirement gathering and analysis sessions- Provide Super Users and End Users trainings- Collaborate with Sales team for pre-sales engagements and POCs- Identifying GAPs in the solution and documenting them for future releases- Coordinating with internal cross-functional teams for system requirements- Assisting customers on queries regarding FnO platform- Providing functional support to customers as and when required- Conducting internal trainings for team members
