Inspection of verticality, sweep camber & alignments of Rack & Gallery of steel structure. To identify the material specification as per ASME section code and specification. Inspection of Incoming, storage Materials and handling of welding consumables. Carrying out all the NDT, NDT LOT, PWHT & Alignments, Torquing etc. Loop Review With P & ID & Mechanical Clearance to end of Quality. Test pack for Hydro test & Pneumatic test & final document of Box-up. Procedure & witness of each step inspection of Blasting & Painting. Rotary equipment’s alignments like as Pump- motor & Gear box-motor. Good communication with clients and prepare all reports & Bill activity related to QC departments Inspection internal floating roof in ms tanks. Inspection doom roof in ms tanks.
