I am an engineering leader specialising in complex aerospace, defence, and deep-tech systems, with a focus on building high-performing teams and delivering mission-critical software and hardware at scale.Currently serving as Head of Software Engineering at Boeing Defence UK, I lead multidisciplinary teams developing advanced capabilities across safety-critical and regulated environments. My work sits at the intersection of systems engineering, software, and operational delivery — translating strategic objectives into executable engineering outcomes.My career spans global aerospace organisations and high-growth deep-tech startups, where I have led engineering functions across autonomy, electrification, and advanced aviation technologies.
