As a woman in technology and Co‑Founder of Grey Parrot Systems (GPS), a BEP‑certified, women‑owned AI‑driven IT services firm. I’m passionate about empowering women in IT and data, job seekers and students. My co‑founder and I launched Grey Parrot Systems in April 2023 to deliver cutting‑edge AI solutions, IT consulting and workforce innovation and to prove that the boldest dreams take flight when fueled by perseverance and purpose. Women and non‑binary people remain underrepresented in tech; even though 48 % of entry‑level roles are held by women, only 29 % of C‑suite roles are female.
