Process control of hot continuous 2-Hi 20 stand with 2 hi roughing and finishing mill.2. Process control of hot continuous of Block mill, Garret coiler and cooling bed.3.Controlling rolling as well as cooling parameters.4.Controlling the quality of product, yield maintaining and improvement.5. Co-ordination with maintenance, quality and assembly department for smoother operation of line.6. Managing the yard management.7. Managing the man power.8. Conversant with TPM and 5S.
