Emerging technology leader, driving metrology equipment design, development, and hardening for High Volume Manufacturing. Drove development of 2 industry first Metrology solutions. Drove Supplier Selections for on-boarding new equipment throughout the Back-End Ecosystem, enabling Intel’s next-gen Advanced Packing Roadmap. Enabled new metrology suppliers in the BE ecosystem driving Intel BCP and internal supplier metrology capabilities. Delivered First-Of-a-Kind wafersort solution, enabling long term technical and supply solution across Logic, Packaging and Memory test. Enabled multi-party development of a new optical measurement head delivering finer pitch metrology that is fungible across semiconductor and medical industry. Capability introduced 2x increase in resolution and 4x increase in capture rate. Designed and developed a complete unique Supply Chain Solution for in-house developed metrology solution that will be proliferated to 4 GEOs. Affordability champion engaging with internal and external partners resulting in $32M in savings (2021). Biz Ops for Intel\'s Sort & Metrology BU, leading strategy development and execution, to meet corporate goals.
