Review detailed Mechanical (HVAC & Plumbing) Drawing packages on REVIT/ AutoCAD, in accordance with city building permit requirements, engineering codes and client specs. Review Architectural Drawings (Floor plans, wall assemblies) on REVIT & AutoCAD to meet Building Code, as necessary. Review final drawing packages (Electrical, Mechanical, & Architectural Plans) to ensure all specs within the project scope are met. Manage turnkey and contract construction projects from start to finish (includes engineering, budgeting, scheduling, procurement and construction). Create realistic Gantt Charts to assist in managing timelines and to assist construction managers with tasks. Use complicated Excel sheets to manage company admin work such as finances, accounting, and budgeting. Establish great customer relation to generate sales. Day to day business growth operations.
