Responsible for building strategic roadmaps & leading deployment of new features to the Commercial card platform such as QuickBooks integration, Company Dashboards, Card Controls and Virtual cards offering. Managed the P&L of commercial cards portfolio that included 4 products Avion Travel card, Cashback, USD card and basic. This included actively reviewing PV, revenue generation, rewards structure and feature upgrades. Partnered with key stakeholders including business leaders, legal, compliance, marketing & third party vendors to achieve alignment on prioritizing upcoming and in-flight Epics. Worked on the rewards & terms structure offered to new clients primarily from the HSBC acquisition. This included both the frontend of the offer, its financial impact and the operational work required. Successfully collaborated with market development & acquisition teams to identify customer opportunities and recommend products that would best fill their needs. Successfully completed risk assessments (SRMA, Shelf reviews, RTAs) with our risk partners to appropriately manage inherent risk on initiatives and make sure controls are implemented to mitigate risks identified
