As DevOps engineer, in a team of 5 engineers, working closely with development teams to prepare and support test, reference and production environments for application development and deployment.• Provisioning of highly available and scalable enterprise applications on AWS infrastructure using DevOps tools.• Taking part in daily standup meetings for project progress. Weekly meeting for sprint planning, requirement gathering, user story extraction and arranging into deliverable tasks and sprints.• Creating networking environments using AWS Services such as VPC, subnets, ALB, Au-to-scaling, Security group, internet-gateway, Route-Tables, Nat-gateway and Elastic IPs.• Provisioning of instances and other AWS services through infrastructure as code.• Configure security groups, network ACLs, Internet Gateways and Elastic IPs in such a way to ensure a safe area for the organization in AWS public cloud. • Monitoring of application and infrastructure and configure alerts to ensure optimum performance using cloud watch and Newrelic.• Extensive use of Terraform as IAC to automate deployment of and upgrade of different AWS services in team environment.• Using Github for collaboration of teams to develop code and then systematically adding to main code of application or automation infrastructure.• Application deployments into production using continuous deployment via Jenkins build pipeline also Developed and maintained automated CI/CD pipeline for code deployment using Jenkins and webhook in GitHub. • Building of Java application through Maven and automate deployment via Jenkins and Ansible to publish Docker image and run container on docker host.• Application testing on Docker Containers pre-launch into production.• Configured Jenkins to support various Java builds and Jenkins’s plugins to automate con-tinuous build.• Built Java applications using Maven tool. • Investigating and triaging tickets to establish probable causes.
