Senior SRE Lead and Cloud Architect with 23+ years of IT experience and 13+ years leading cloud, DevOps, and reliability engineering initiatives across large-scale enterprise platforms.I specialise in building and operating highly available, secure, and cost-optimised AWS environments, applying SRE principles (SLO/SLI, incident management, observability, automation) to complex distributed systems. My core expertise spans Terraform, CI/CD (Jenkins, GitHub Actions), GitHub/Bitbucket governance, Kubernetes, and enterprise observability using CloudWatch, New Relic, and Grafana.In my current role, I lead AI Services and GenAI platforms in production, enabling business teams to safely adopt AI at scale.
