I\'m currently working as Chief of Staff at FINEXCORE by closely working with CEO on business strategy & operational excellence in BFS sector.I have worked as Associate Solution Leader at Brane Enterprises, which involved interacting with C-suite Level Executives in GTM Strategy for SaaS based IT product services in AI & ML. I worked along with senior partners from top consulting firms who have worked at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), Mckinsey, and other leading consulting firms for more than 20 years in the United States.I have worked as Team Manager at Frontizo for 2 years, which is a joint venture firm of Amazon. Skilled in Operations Management, People Management, Lean Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement and Kaizen projects. In addition to these responsibilities, I have also done Root Cause Analysis (RCA) using 5 Why Approach / Analysis.I have completed the flagship MBA (Batch 19-21) from IIM Raipur with majors in Finance & Marketing. I have worked at Tata Steel as a Summer Intern with my work revolving around competition benchmarking of CRNGO - Electrical Steel.I have received an international summer internship opportunity 2020 from Egypt based firm. I and four of my batchmates were selected for presenting our esteemed college IIM Raipur at Rotman International Trading Competition 2020, which was conducted by one of the top management colleges of Canada namely Rotman School of Management. The pride is in knowing that we were the only team and college from India to be representing in the competition.Previously, I have worked at PwC as an Associate (Tax - US Global Mobility Services) for close to one and a half years. In this span, I have worked on US Individual Tax Return Preparation as well as on Foreign Bank Account Reporting (FBAR). The firm provided me with the opportunity to work on cross teaming to Tax - US Business Compliance Services. Here, I worked on US Federal and State Tax Return Preparation (Corporate) and other international forms.In my previous associations with Cognizant and Royal Research, I was engaged in software testing and content writing respectively. At Cognizant, I got to learn SQL, Selenium (Basics). While at Royal Research, I worked on content writing involving different subjects such as Accounting, Cost Management Accounting, Literature, Science, and Culture. I also worked on few dissertations having Research Onion, Research Methodology, Research Design, and Research Philosophy.
