I am Certified in ITIL V4 foundation, v3 Practitioner & Intermediate SO & SS and My expertise spans across ITIL Cross Functional domains like Change, MIM, Problem, Event, SLM, Configuration, Capacity and Incident Management, Service Management, Operations Management, Quality and CSI processes, End to End handling of Ticket life cycle management as per ITIL and supporting IT Infrastructure Management of multiple Fortune 500 company.My experience covers Service Management, People management, Resource management, Quality Management, Problem Management, Customer Centricity, Talent Management, Tenure Management and Escalations Management. I had worked as the Head of SMC for a French multinational project and as ITIL Service Architect in the VDI cloud transformation journey for a Large multinational bank.I am currently working as Group Manager - Global Process Owner for Change, Release and Deployment and Configuration Management in Atos. I am responsible for end to end management of the said process across the organization.
