Sophos delivers a broad portfolio of advanced products and services to secure users, networks and endpoints against ransomware, malware, exploits, phishing and the wide range of other cyberattacks.\\\\n\\\\nRoles & Responsibilities:\\\\n- Managed QA processes in an AGILE development Environment and reported directly to the Senior Director.\\\\n- Participated in Bi-weekly User story Grooming sessions and Iteration planning meetings with Product Owner and Agile team members and providing QA inputs.\\\\n- Contributed to preparing test plans and discussed the testing goals for each Sprint with the team and worked on the User stories to document test cases, test setups and test data.\\\\n- Developed Coverage Outline and Test cases for the User stories/tasks based on the Acceptance Criteria during each iteration to match requirements and design specifications.\\\\n- Conducted thorough regression testing, analyzed results and submitted observations and recommendations to the development team.\\\\n- Reported defects in JIRA defect tracking tool that were found during testing and retested defect fixes after each build deployment in QA Test Environment.\\\\n- Reported testing status for the current Sprint on daily basis during Scrum meetings.\\\\n- Performed Smoke, Functional, System, Exploratory and Regression testing on the Product.\\\\n- Worked closely with the system admins and architects to maintain QA Environment with Production, understood the environmental discrepancies and ensured that defect reproduction is smooth.\\\\n- Familiarity with basic IPv4 local area networking concepts like subnets, masking, routers & gateways.\\\\n- Understanding of network protocols such as TCP/IP, UDP, HTTPS, HTTP.\\\\n\\\\nEnvironments: Microsoft 365, Confluence, JIRA, Python, XML, Wire-shark, Git/Bitbucket, TestRail, Jenkins, VMware Vsphere\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
