Finch Early Works (Advance YNSE Works)- Performed project closeout following construction completion. Resolved long-standing disputes involving open NCRs, deficiencies, and pending change orders. Collaborated with Legal and Commercial teams to negotiate and execute a Global Settlement Agreement. Successfully finalized all items and secured project closure after negotiations and stakeholder alignment.3. Procurement of Demolition contract for YNSE- Compiled CCDC procurement documents including standards and surveys, worked on disconnecting Water, Sewer, Gas, Electrical and Telecom utilities disconnections- Conducted in market online and site meetings with the bidders of the properties including final review and scoring of the bid packages from 4 bidders- Onboarded bidder and executed the demolition including abatement of the hazardous materials.
