Working as Lead Project Engineer with expertise in robust project plan, product design & DVP creation and with below responsibilities.1. Create & Verify Concept Design Components- Develop concept design components for Seat base, track pedal, B-post, door panel and HVAC system of the operator environment- Verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the concept designs.2. Release of Concept Design Prototype Components- Coordinate the release of prototype components based on the concept designs- Validate the design through calculations and physical trials.3. Tolerance Stacks- Create tolerance stacks to ensure that components can be manufactured and assembled under various conditions.4. 2D Drawings- Release 2D drawings for Prototype, Quotation, Tooling, and Production- Use GD & T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) to ASME Y14.5 standards in the drawings.5. Benchmarking- Conduct benchmarking of relevant competitor products to identify strengths and weaknesses- Use benchmarking data to inform and improve your own design processes.6. Supplier Management- Manage relationships with suppliers to ensure the timely and quality delivery of components- Collaborate with suppliers to address any design or manufacturing challenges.7. Design Test Rigs- Validate CAE (Computer-Aided Engineering) results via Test Rigs - Compare operator environment components in real-time duty cycles to ensure performance and reliability.8. Engineering Drawings using NX UG- Create detailed engineering drawings using NX UG (Unigraphics)- Ensure drawings are accurate, clear, and comply with relevant standards.9. CAD Scheme and EBOM Management- Manage CAD schemes for designs- Manage Engineering Bill of Materials (EBOM) using Teamcenter.
