Helping customers raise and solve disputes related to their purchases. Coordinating with several departments to improve customer service. Talking to customers on daily basis to understand the problem they faced, making them understand how the bank works to protect the financial interest of the customers and measures in place to justify the actions taken to cater to the customer issues.
