Glendon Makelines are robust, heavy-duty, and long-lasting which makes them a popular choice among some of the industry-leading chains. The makeline features two completely independent temperature zones powered by separate systems designed to ensure control of both ingredient temperatures in the top containers and the lower storage area. In addition to dual compressors, the units have double-capacity heat exchangers to withstand the high operating temperature conditions. The cabinet comes with heavy-duty castors, and an overhead shelf (please see attached image). There is no commissioning required as they are plug-and-play.
