After an incredible journey of learning, growth, and determination, I’m beyond excited to announce that I have officially started my career as an Associate Software Developer at IBM! As a proud 2024 graduate, I had the amazing opportunity to join IBM earlier this year, and I made a conscious decision to wait and share this news until I had completed the intensive training and assessments — because for me, it wasn’t just about getting the offer, it was about earning the role with confidence. Over the past two months, I’ve undergone specialized training in Java Full Stack Development, with hands-on experience in cloud technologies, APIs, and backend systems — all guided by industry experts and world-class mentors at IBM. I’m proud to say I’ve successfully completed the assessments and am now officially onboarded into a full-time role. This is just the beginning of a bigger journey, and I’m incredibly grateful to be starting it with an organization like IBM that truly believes in innovation, integrity, and impact.
