As a Principal Program Manager at Micron Technology with over 15 years of semiconductor industry experience in front end Process and Equipment, global quality and program management I lead strategic programs for quality supporting the US Fab expansion initiative. Partnering with executives, SMEs, and cross-functional leaders, our efforts focus on business planning and various programs. My role emphasizes collaboration to ensure system and Tool readiness, Projects focusing on quality improvements, community engagement, and successful project execution. My expertise spans across silicon frontend and backend operations, including process automation, yield and quality improvement like defect reduction, process improvement, cycle time reduction, enabling new tech node and business process.
