Currently pursuing an MBA at IIM Sambalpur, with a focus on Human Resource Management, including Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and HR Analytics. My academic journey is enriched by practical experience in designing and supporting HR initiatives that improve employee experience and organizational effectiveness. I’ve interned at Health Point Hospital and Cook N Klean, where I supported recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and training development. I also contributed to a live project with Phoenix Global, building an AI-powered resume screening system and applying analytics to enhance HR decision-making. Graduated with a BBA from Ranchi University, where I developed a strong foundation in business and organizational practices. My academic projects reflect a creative and solution-oriented mindset, including the development of a peer-learning platform and a pet care management app. Known for my creativity, adaptability, and collaborative spirit, I aim to contribute to inclusive, efficient, and people-centric workplaces. I’m always open to connecting with professionals and exploring opportunities to grow in the HR space.
