ABOUT UMA KESANI
I bring 13 Years of Non profit and Volunteering experience in leading the programs, projects and campaigns. We have trained over youth and women in the past 10 years and provide livelihood opportunities to them. I am most passionate about women empowerment & youth employment. I help ambitious youth and women (Needy & Meritorious) to start their professional career. As a responsible social worker, speaker, coach, I support Youth & Women in: • Teaching market-oriented skills to Youth and Women from underprivileged and economically weaker sections • Conducting life-skills workshops to improve their communication skills and work place readiness • Hand holding them in generating livelihoods out of the skills learnt through support in preparation for jobs and entrepreneurship. • Facilitating an Alumni network which would function as a support base for the women trainees I believe that for impact at scale in social sector, collaboration is the way to go. Would love to connect with like-minded professionals and organizations to brainstorm and act together. Would love to connect and take forward the larger mission!
