I am a director in Sterne Kessler’s Trial & Appellate Practice Group and have tried patent cases in federal courts across the country and before the U.S. International Trade Commission. I thrive on delivering innovative, strategic solutions to help my clients achieve their business objectives. I work closely with clients to safeguard their ideas and help them navigate the complex patent litigation landscape. As an experienced IP litigator, I manage and participate in all aspects of the litigation process, including pre-filing investigations, discovery, expert witness preparation, Markman proceedings, dispositive motions, trial, appeal, and settlement. I have litigated cases involving patents, trade secrets, and contractual claims in a broad range of technologies, including pharmaceutical drugs, medical devices, LEDs, vehicle systems, communication systems, and consumer products. Additionally, I have experience in counseling clients on FDA regulatory matters and IP due diligence related to a corporate acquisitions.In addition to my patent litigation practice, I have served as lead counsel on numerous pro bono cases representing individuals in immigration and employment proceedings.
