About Uma Attreya
I’m a Behavioral Economics and Psychology major at UMass Amherst, currently serving as the Director of Professional Development at the Isenberg Undergraduate Consulting Group, a student-run strategy organization partnering with F100 companies, startups, and nonprofits through semesterly engagements.In this role, I lead professional mentorship for 30+ members, facilitate recruiting sessions with top consulting firms, and spearhead initiatives to strengthen alumni relations and external partnerships. I thrive at the intersection of people and problem-solving where I connect with others to understand challenges deeply and develop tailored, data-driven solutions.My consulting experience through ZS Associates and IUCG has sparked my interest in technology, venture capital, and organizational change. Outside of work, I enjoy reading (thrillers and short stories), watching F1, experimenting with generative AI, and creative writing.I am eager to learn, grow, and contribute.
