I am a senior technical manager, my best skills are in the following areas- I can define architecture of gun systems including eleptro-optical services for aiming a self stabilized gun - I can develop the fire contro system for ballistic computation, using caliber guns from 7.62mm up to 155mm as for Land as for Naval application - I can define cool man machine interfaces including graphical architecture for a user friendly approach to the use of the system on a display, and over aptic handles interface using buttons - I did test the guns in test field all over the world (i.e. Russia, Qatar, Nigeria, Nettuno) I can supply technical support for- Analisys of contractual requirements - Technical specification development - Team plan for working in a team (gantt, plans, budget including methodology based on design reviews principle)- Customer Offer plan jointly with a supervising prime contractor (i.e. FCA, IVECO, DIEHL, KMW) or directly as prime - I can manage a young team and teach them the my skills I did follow and realize, in my career, the following type of products, for extreme climatic zones, even deploying test and demonstratio along with the Customer- 25mm 30mm 7.62mm Defence systems for MoD (gun turrets, tanks, naval guns)- Hydraulic Diesel truck 4x4 using a large trencher tool remote controlled for mining - Electric truck 4x4 using motorwheels as prototype - System Architecture NATO NAF / DODAF compliant Profilo Italiano Mi ritengo una persona prevalentemente orientata al risultato aziendale, so come gestire risorse tecniche con skills specifiche quali capacità di programmazione SW e di disegnazione meccanica nonché di progettazione elettronica per permettere ad un progetto meccatronico di nascere e svilupparsi in un prodotto conforme ai requisiti di un cliente. Ho maturato negli anni la conoscenza diretta necessaria a preparare e progettare sistemi d\'arma a controllo remoto in ambienti climatici estremi caldi e freddi, anche organizzando lunghe campagne prove con il cliente.
