Member of the senior leadership team and a direct report to the Assistant Vice President for ITS: NWRDC & FLVC. Review NWRDC services for adherence to Policy and Procedures and customer service level agreements (SLAs). Maintain documentation showing compliance with procedures and SLAs. Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS): Create and maintain required documentation and records for NWRDC CJIS personnel (employee, customer, contractor). Serve as project lead and liaison with external criminal justice agencies for CJIS internal controls compliance requirements and maintenance. Lead NWRDC on operational audits. Coordinate with all NWRDC staff during production of audit requests. Prepare audit reports for Executive Director review. Direct NWRDC risk assessment process, ensuring that all significant risks and mitigating controls are properly documented. Meet with NWRDC Board members and constituents to document concerns and potential risks. Maintain historical audit compliance reports and related documentation. Ensure that tasks detailed in audit responses are followed up with in a timely manner.
