   Executive leader for a 200+ person global engineering group with full ownership of three strategic engineering divisions, responsible for vision, execution, and operational excellence for New Relic\'s core data platform and key growth products including Telemetry Pipelines, Incident Management and AIOps. Drove technology strategy in collaboration with the C-suite, transforming the engineering culture to accelerate growth and improve profitability- Financial & Margin Improvement: Architected a strategy that significantly improved the company\'s financial posture, boosting gross margin in two years by driving substantial product revenue growth while executing a platform efficiency initiative that delivered nine-figure cost savings- Organizational Leadership & Scaling: Transformed a stagnated engineering division into a high-performing, high-retention team by fostering a culture of ownership and agency. Founded the New Relic India Innovation Center, building an engineering department from the ground up to expand global R&D capabilities- Product Revenue & Customer Impact: Directed the product and engineering strategy for a portfolio generating double digit percentage growth in annual revenue.
