Currently working with the Evaluation Team of the Department of Peace Operations (DPO) at United Nations in New York, implementing the Comprehensive Planning and Performance Assessment System (CPAS) for UN peacekeeping missions, supporting missions with their planning activities and assessing and reporting of their impact.Previously worked at the Organization of American States (OAS) in Washington, D.C. At the OAS Electoral Department, participated in 20 Electoral Observation Missions in the Americas and the Caribbean, in various roles such as general coordinator and observation methodology specialist. Helped develop and implement observation methodologies to evaluate the equal participation of women and men, the inclusion of minorities, and the electoral finance systems in the electoral processes observed. Also worked at the OAS Peace Fund, assisting with territorial conflicts and peace-keeping projects.B.A in Sociology and fluent in English, Spanish and German.
