Responsible for the Software and Firmware development in Celle as well as Soft and Firmware aspects of the HALO program. Working closely with all involved disciplines to find technical solutions and facilitating cross discipline project management. Continuously advancing development infrastructure by adding tools and processes where it makes sense. Working with 3rd parties to outsource entire work packages. Adding freelancers to the local team at times to add expertise and speed of execution.
