Representation of European Air Transport at Airport User Committees, Consultation meetings or hearings.Customer Service and Sales of ground handling services provided by European Air Transport to Third Party airlines.Ensuring best commercial, operational and legal protection within each managed agreement. Compliance with all regulatory, safety and legal requirements.Analyze the Air Network structure for seeking of optimization potentials with influence on managed spend.Identification and implementation of cost saving potentials and/or revenue growth.Representation of DHL at aviation authorities and industry groups (IATA, Barig, etc).Develop and manage a team of experts and professionals with a high performance service culture.
