I am an experienced Operations professional with a track record of success in procuring and supplying spare parts across India, Sri Lanka & Middle East Region. In my current role at PHILLIPS MACHINE TOOLS INDIA PVT. LTD, I am responsible for leading the operations and coordinating with service managers to ensure timely order placement and procurement with domestic and foreign vendors. My expertise includes order management, logistics/warehousing, inventory variance control, CFA handling, and safety. I am well-versed in Microsoft Dynamics D365 for all operations and financial tasks such as creating part codes, updating prices, preparing quotations, sales orders, and invoices for customers in the region. I am also experienced in supervising inbound/outbound logistics, conducting stock audits, and verifying all imported parts against vendor invoices for quality and quantity accuracy. Prior to my current role, I worked at BLACKBUCK (ZINKA LOGISTICS PVT. LTD), where I led and managed a team in monitoring a technology-driven marketplace 3PL logistics model. I collaborated with cross-functional teams to streamline and improve efficiency by ensuring defined processes, quality standards, and best practices were adapted to meet targets. As a founding member of SENDIT (ZLATAN VENTURES LLP), I designed, deployed new processes, and integrated technology factors to balance demand with supply associates. I designed a supply chain warehouse and logistics platform for clients such as Grofers, Ninja cart, and Taykit, handling their last-mile distribution services across the city. At HAAS FACTORY OUTLET (MANAV MARKETING PVT. LTD), I gained hands-on experience in planning machine installation and preventive maintenance. I also led machine training for four operators.
