About Ula Zarnowska
I am a current J.D. candidate at Penn State Dickinson Law with a strong interest in healthcare and consumer protection law. I have gained experience as a legal intern in the Healthcare Section and the Bureau of Consumer Protection at the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General. Currently, I am working at PSDL\'s Medical-Legal Partnership Clinic. I also serve as a Legal Writing Teaching Assistant, where I support first-year students in developing essential legal writing and research skills.Prior to law school, I earned a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from the University of Wisconsin, with minors in Criminal Justice and Environmental Studies. I also bring over five years of scientific research experience from Dr. David Andes\' laboratory, where I worked on antifungal drug resistance.I am particularly interested in how legal and scientific perspectives can work together to strengthen healthcare systems. My goal is to leverage my background at the intersection of science and law to advocate for interdisciplinary solutions.
