Aligning local teams in Croatia, France, Germany, Balearics, Portugal, central teams in UK and Denmark, and partners to develop solutions, deliver data migrations, and embed new ways of working. Developing integration playbook, delivery methodology and toolkit to build best practise into integrations to minimise business impacts and maximise synergy realisation. Also support M&A due diligence and planning as part of pre-acquisition process.
