As the founder of Uknow, I am leading an e-commerce application that automates the traditional word-of-mouth marketing with the use of technology. Uknow is a platform that connects merchants and customers through referrals and rewards, creating a win-win situation for both parties. My mission is to democratize e-commerce and empower small and medium businesses in India and beyond. I have over 11 years of experience in business management, with a focus on the North American market and the Ed-tech industry. Before launching Uknow, I founded EDUPLUS, a company that offered personalized and tech-enabled learning solutions for students and tutors. I leveraged artificial intelligence, automation, and interactive lessons to enhance the learning outcomes and experiences of both groups. I also helped my previous employers achieve exponential growth by infusing technology and innovation into their products and services. I have a strong background in law, economics, and literature, which gives me a diverse and holistic perspective on the market and the customer needs. I am passionate about creating value and solving problems with technology, and I am always looking for new opportunities and challenges to learn and grow.
