Since 2012 I have been working on back office systems to provide home phone and broadband services for a household name UK ISP. The project integrates web services from partners and covers the whole lifecycle of order management, provisioning and customer contact, both through the web directly and via call centre interfaces. I have enjoyed turning my design and problem solving skills to the Microsoft tools and platform. Moving from embedded Linux to Windows and RHEL servers in the datacentre has been surprisingly painless. I\'ve also kept my Linux interest, helping to set up and manage email services on Zimbra.
