   I’m a sustainability and ESG professional with hands-on experience in implementing solutions aligned with the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS). I’ve worked on two key projects—one focused on a Proof of Concept (POC) and the other on developing a Scalable CSRD Solution—where I contributed to building end-to-end reporting frameworks and streamlining processes through automation.1. I worked on creating a comprehensive Golden Copy of ESRS data points, collaborated with IBM Envizi to link ESG metrics, and developed Power BI reports that supported final ESRS disclosures. My efforts were recognized with a SPOT Award for excellence.2. I\'m working in an Agile environment, where I actively participate in iterative planning, sprint reviews, and continuous feedback loops to enhance solution delivery. As part of this approach, I’ve mapped out the end-to-end client onboarding lifecycle and collaborated across teams to break down complex processes into manageable tasks. I’ve also tested and evaluated tools like Regwise, Regscan, ESG Suite, Gap Analyzer and others to improve the efficiency of Double Materiality Assessment (DMA) and Gap Analysis, ensuring alignment with CSRD requirements.3. Additionally, I’ve worked on managing ESG data for 16 key metrics, covering data sourcing, validation, calculation, aggregation, and analytics. I’ve also created SOPs, test cases, and process flows to ensure consistency and scalability.
